We want you to love ♡ your new Marssiana® purchase.
Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we will gladly accept your return or exchange if the merchandise is in its original and unworn condition, defective, or an incorrect item with original tags attached.
If this is the case simply send images of the incorrect/faulty items to support@marssiana.com and we will resolve the matter for you urgently.
For online purchases, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
The return and exchange of defective items, as well as the exchange of items purchased through the 100% Perfect Fit service are FREE. In other cases, a $5.99 returns processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit.
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Keep in mind any discounted items are ineligible for return or exchange.
All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund.
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products in the following categories: underwear (including bodysuits and corsets), swimwear, lingerie or other products which are personalized to your order.
In the case of a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, you shall receive a refund of the purchase price of such product. In any case you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
Remember, you have 14 days to return your items, or the exchange will be automatically canceled.
We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities, including without limitation, any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.
This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do it by connecting with our Customer Services department: support@marssiana.com within one hour of having placed it.
If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you have cancelled in accordance with this clause then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.
